Refer a Friend. Get Rewarded.

The promoter of this Referral Reward Program is Island View Building Pty Ltd (“Island View Building”, “we”, “our”, “us”), located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

2.1 The program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Referrals must be made by a third party. Self-referrals are not permitted.

2.3 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Island View Building may participate only with written approval from management.

2.4 The referrer must have obtained permission from the referred person to share their contact details.

3.1 A qualifying referral must:

— Be submitted via the official referral landing page form, email, or text message

— Include the full name and contact details of the referred person

— Be received before Island View Building has been contacted by or commenced discussions with the referred person

3.2 If multiple people refer the same individual, the reward will be paid to the first referrer recorded by date and time of submission.

4.1 The referral must result in a signed building contract with Island View Building for:

— A new residential home build

— A major residential renovation

— A custom swimming pool project

4.2 The initial signed contract value must be $400,000 or greater (GST exclusive).

4.3 The reward does not apply to variations, contract amendments, or post-contract additions.

5.1 The referral reward is calculated as 1% of the initial signed contract value (GST exclusive).

5.2 The maximum referral reward payable per project is $10,000.

5.3 There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may submit; however, each referral is assessed independently.

5.4 The reward is provided as a gift payment and does not constitute employment, partnership, or commission-based engagement.

6.1 The referral reward will only be payable once:

— The referred client has signed a building contract; and

— The required deposit under that contract has been paid in full and cleared.

6.2 Payment of the referral reward will be made within 30 days of deposit confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Island View Building reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing payment.

The referral reward will not apply if:

— The referred person was already known to Island View Building or had previously made an enquiry

— The contract is cancelled or terminated before commencement

— The deposit is refunded

— The contract value falls below $400,000 (GST exclusive)

— The referral was not properly submitted or recorded

8.1 The referrer is solely responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of the referral reward.

8.2 Island View Building makes no representations regarding taxation treatment and recommends independent financial advice if required.

9.1 By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have consent from the referred individual to share their personal information.

9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Island View Building’s Privacy Policy.

10.1 Island View Building reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Reward Program at any time without notice.

10.2 Any changes will not affect qualifying referrals already submitted prior to amendment.

10.3 Decisions made by Island View Building regarding eligibility and payment are final.
