FAQ

  • Do you manage both the design and the build?

Yes, If you’re at the very beginning of the process and looking for guidance, we work closely with local architects and designers to ensure your home is thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and delivered exactly as you envision. If you already have a designer, we’re equally happy to integrate seamlessly with your existing team.

  • How long does a custom home or renovation usually take?

Timelines for new builds and renovations can vary significantly depending on the size of the project, the block, and the overall scope of works. As a general guide, a custom new build typically takes between 8–16 months, while a significant renovation usually takes 6–12 months. Once we’ve reviewed your project in detail, we’ll provide a clear construction schedule before work begins and maintain open, transparent communication throughout the entire process.

  • Can you assist with council approvals and permits?

Absolutely — we can assist with all required permits and approvals, ensuring your project progresses smoothly and remains fully compliant from the earliest stages.

  • What areas do you service?

We’re based at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast and specialise in architectural homes, premium renovations, and luxury pool constructions. Our work spans from the Noosa Hinterland, through Noosa, and all the way down the coast to Mudjimba.

  • Do you offer fixed pricing?

Yes, once your final drawings, engineering, and specifications are confirmed, we can provide a detailed fixed-price contract, giving you the confidence to move forward with clarity and certainty. For more complex projects—such as challenging sites—or where documentation is still being finalised, we also offer cost-plus contract options to provide flexibility while maintaining transparency throughout the build.
